1970 : LACMIL was created (Les Ateliers de Construction Mécanique Industrielle de la Lézarde) by Bernard BREARD and Pierre LEBAILLIF.
At the beginning, LACMIL was based in a 100 m² workshop in Montivilliers (76).
The company pursued its development with a workshop of 2000 m² and a growing staff of 35 persons. LACMIL specialized in industrial maintenance and emergency repairing of industrial mechanic parts.
2000 : Acquisition of mechanical workshops of ACH (Ateliers et Chantiers du Havre), creation of the company AXYMECA.
2004 : LACMIL moved in the industrial zone of Le Havre into a 6000m² new workshops previously occupied by ALSTOM. (60 Quai Georges Raverat 76600 Le Havre).
2005 : LACMIL tookover AXYMECA. The company capital increased.
2007 : Pascal BREARD purchased all the company shares of Pierre LEBAILLIF. LACMIL became a family-owned company.
A boiler making department is developed in LACMIL machining workshop.
Since 2007, LACMIL is developing its activity internationally and is working on large-scale projects in the offshore sector.
